Afghanistan (International Christian Concern) — On Sept. 30, the last day of the U.N. General Assembly’s High-Level Week, the U.N. Security Council temporarily lifted a travel ban on Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi. The exemption allowed Muttaqi to visit India, where he arrived on Thursday and is enjoying a six-day tour of the country, which includes a trip to the Taj Mahal and a meeting with India’s Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.
