ISCAP Releases First Video in 3 Years, Calls for Jihad
Source excerpt
DRC (International Christian Concern) — Islamic State Central Africa Province (ISCAP) released its first video in three years on Sept. 26 through multiple instant messaging apps, including Telegram. In the 18-minute propaganda video, members of the Islamic State group (ISIS) affiliate called for Muslims throughout Africa to travel to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and other countries to join ISIS and help wage jihad. Doing so, they claimed, fulfilled one’s religious obligations. “We say to you: jihad is the path to your glory and survival, and Allah commands it of you,” one ISCAP operative said.
