Thousands of Christian Families Face Eviction in Pakistan
Source excerpt
Around 25,000 Christians living in Rimsha, Allama Iqbal, and Akram Masih Gill colonies in Islamabad, Pakistan, are facing eviction. The authorities have told them to leave their homes within a few days. These are entire families who have been living here for years, and now they are being asked to vacate without any clear plan for where they will go. It is important to understand how these families came here. Many of them were settled in these areas by the government after the Rimsha Masih case.
